Vedat Erkmen’s body abducted for second time

ISTANBUL - The body of prisoner Vedat Çem Erkmen, who lost his life suspiciously in a single-person cell in Tekirdağ Prison, was abducted to Kocaeli by the police. The police abducted the body from here for the second time.
 
Prisoner Vedat Çem Erkmen, who was sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment and 374 years in prison, lost his life suspiciously in a single-person cell in Tekirdağ No.2 F-Type Prison. The body of Vedat, who was brought to Istanbul Küçükçekmece Cemeteries Directorate in the morning, was abducted by the police while his family wanted to take him to the Esenyurt Digor Dağpınar Association.

The police took only Vedat’s older brother, Saim Erkmen, into the funeral vehicle and abducted the body. The body, which was said to be taken to the Turkish Armed Forces Mehmetçik Foundation in Sultanbeyli, was taken to a facility located on the border of Kocaeli province.

Here, the police threatened the family to bring their own funeral vehicle and take the body to Kars. As the family brought the funeral vehicle, the police once again abducted the body. It is not known where the police will take the body.
