At least 912 people died in the earthquake

ANKARA- President of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, noted that the death toll in the earthquake that affected many cities increased to 912.
 
 President of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced that 912 people lost their lives and 5,383 people were injured in the 7.7-magnitude earthquake that occurred in Mereş.
 
 President of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, made a statement at the AFAD Presidency, which he visited due to the 7.7-magnitude earthquake, the epicenter of which was Mereş and affected 10 provinces. Stating that they were shaken by the biggest disaster after the 1939 Erzincan earthquake tonight, Erdoğan said, “10 more governors who will work with them have been assigned to our 10 provinces that were affected by the earthquake, next to our current governorships. Currently, 9 thousand personnel carry out search and rescue operations, and this number is constantly increasing with those who reach the region from outside. "So far, 912 of our citizens have lost their lives and 5,385 of our citizens have been injured."
