While the prosecutor of the file on the arrest of politicians renews their opinion, the court board, which evaluated the interim decision, evaluated the request of the Greens and Left Future Party (Green Left Party) Istanbul Deputy Sırrı Süreyya Önder to be elected as a member of parliament and to stop his trial due to his immunity. The delegation decided to reject Sırrı Süreyya Önder's requests separately because it is understood that there is a strong suspicion of a crime based on concrete evidence that he has committed the crime and that the legal period stipulated for judicial control is still ongoing.
