The number of people detained in home raids in the center and districts of Mardin rose to six in the morning. During the raids, the former co-chair of Savur Municipality Mehmet Aydın Alökmen, Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) executives Bedi Yılmaz and Ayşe Bozan, Mardin Textile and Clothing Industrialists Association (MARGİSAD) chairperson Halil El, tradespeople Mahsum Bilkay and 72-year-old Meles Gültekin, and Zeki, whose surname could not be learned, were detained.

 

Lawyer restriction

 

It was learned that the people who were detained on the allegation of "helping the terrorist organization" were taken to the Provincial Security Directorate. A lawyer restriction for 24 hours was decided for the detainees.
