ANKARA - A rapporteur was appointed in the lawsuit filed at the Constitutional Court for the HDP’s closure.

 

The Supreme Court of Appeals Prosecutor’s Office filed a lawsuit at the Constitutional Court on March 17, demanding the closure of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP), and after the indictment was reviewed by the Constitutional Court, the indictment was sent back to the Supreme Court for the overcome the deficiencies. Yesterday, the Supreme Court of Appeals Prosecutor’s Office again filed a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court, demanding the closure of HDP.

 

A rapporteur was appointed for the first examination of the case opened for the second time.
