Confidentiality order on file of 4 politician women detained

HAKKARİ - While a confidentiality order was brought against the files of four politician women who were detained in the house raids in Hakkari and Şemdinli in the morning, 19 people, including HDP district co-chairs, executives, members, and lawyers, were called to testify.
As part of the investigation carried out by the Hakkari Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, house raids were carried out in the city center and Şemdinli district in the morning. Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Central District Co-chair Sinem Seven, Hakkari Women's Council Spokesperson Zeynep Kaya, Şemdinli District Co-chair Sozdar Atilla and HDP Hakkari Provincial Co-chair Sipan Turan were detained in the raids. While the reason for the detention of HDP women who were taken to Hakkari Provincial Security Directorate could not be learned, it was learned that a confidentiality order was brought to the file. In addition, 24-hour lawyer restrictions were imposed on politicians.
19 people were called to testify
On the other hand, 19 HDP members were also called to testify within the scope of the investigation. The names of the party members who were called to testify are as follows: "Party Council member Erol Cengiz, HDP former co-chair Sinan Kaya, HDP Central District Co-chair İsmail Seven, Yüksekova District Co-chairs Şadiye Kırmızıgül and Abdulkerim Akdoğan, HDP Çukurca District Co-chairs Lahice Yaşlı and Ebubekir Kanar, party members, Derya Özdemir, Selcan Saygı, Öznur Evin, Aliye Timur, Sinem Duran, Emine Armut, Selim Güler, Emin Ertuş, Hasan Engin, İbrahim İnci, Orhan Gür."
In addition, it was stated that the lawyer of the Association of Lawyers for Freedom (ÖHD), Fikir Günay Karataş, was called to testify.
