DİYARBAKIR - In the raid carried out by the soldiers in Hewre (Yazı) Village of Kocaköy district, eight people, five of whom were women, were detained with torture. During the raid, it was learned that the soldiers said: ‘’Surrender otherwise we rake you all.’’

 

It was stated that soldiers raided two houses in the Hewre (Yazı) Village of Kocaköy district at night on August 25, and during the raid the soldiers made an announcement that ‘’surrender otherwise we rake you all’’. As a result of the raid, which the searches lasted for about three and half hours; It has been learned that Saliha Narin, Rojda Narin and three women whose names have not been learned, Ubeydullah Narin, Veysi Narin and a man whose name has not been learned have been taken into custody.

 

It was stated that eight people detained during the raid were tortured and threatened, while Rojda’s two children, aged eight and 13, were there during the raid.
