İZMİR - At least 10 people were detained in house raids in İzmir.

 

Many houses were raided in the morning hours in İzmir. In house raids; Federation of Socialist Youth Associations (SGDF) members Meryem Yıldırım, Gül Özdoğan, New Democrat Woman member Zilan Tayboğa, Etkin News Agency (ETHA) reporter Ertürk Yılmaz, Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Central Executive Board member Emin Orhan, and Didar Gül, Mehmet Kasar, Nazlı Yöyler, Ferhat Pehlivan, Yudum Kılıç were taken into custody.

 

The detainees were taken to the Anti-Terror (TEM) Branch Office.

 

The grounds for the detentions of 10 people could not be learned.
