İlham Ahmet, Co-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Democratic Self-Government of North and East Syria, published a statement on his digital media account X regarding the overthrow of the Damascus regime. Ilham Ahmed said the following in her post: "Today we declare the end of despotism, we leave the past behind and open a new page with the hope of uniting the efforts of the Syrian people for a more just and democratic future. Let's stop the sound of the bullets and let dialogue be the basis for peace and reconstruction."
