MÊRDÎN - Internationalists who travelled from Europe to Mêrdîn in protest against the attacks on Rojava have been detained.
Sixteen internationalists who travelled from Europe to show solidarity with the people of Rojava have been detained in the Nisêbîn district of Mêrdîn.
The internationalists, who arrived in the city yesterday, set off from Nisêbîn today to support the march taking place in Artuklu. It was learned that the young people were detained on the road.
While the reasons for their detention are unknown, it was stated that they were taken to the Mardin Provincial Migration Administration.
