Diyarbakır women: Freedom of our leader is the freedom of Kurdish people!

DİYARBAKIR - Diyarbakır women demanded freedom for PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan and said, “Freedom of our leader is the freedom of the Kurdish people.”
The aggravated isolation conditions imposed on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan are going on. No meeting has been arranged with him despite the posts on social media saying he had lost his life. Diyarbakır women talked about the isolation on Abdullah Öcalan and their concerns about his life and security, “If we fear, we cannot succeed anything,” stressed the women.
‘The problem cannot be solved without Abdullah Öcalan’
Halime Özdoğan condemned the isolation imposed on Abdullah Öcalan and she demanded the isolation to be lifted and the war to be stopped immediately. Emphasizing that the AKP Leader Tayyip Erdoğan doesn’t care about rights violations and isolation in the prisons, Halime said, “We want the world to be a beautiful place, we want the isolation on our leader to be lifted. Because only our leader can solve the problems in Turkey. These problems cannot be solved without him.”
‘Our freedom depends on our leader’
Stated that the isolation is torture and atrocity, Songül Ak stressed that she wants Abdullah Öcalan to be free soon. Underlining that they want freedom as women, Songül said, “Our freedom depends on our leader. We will be free when the isolation imposed on him is lifted and when he becomes free. Everyone should rise up to end the isolation. If we fear, we cannot succeed anything.”

Methiye Çakmak said, “We want our leader to be free. No one can be free unless our leader becomes free. Output news increases our concern about our leader’s life and security. We resist and we don’t accept slavery. We want our leader to be free. Freedom of our leader is the freedom of Kurdish people.”
‘We concern about Abdullah Öcalan’s life’
Noted that they have fought for their freedom for years, Beritan Artış demanded the isolation imposed on Abdullah Öcalan to be lifted. Beritan said their concern about the life of Abdullah Öcalan increased due to last news and she added, “We don’t want to be slave of anyone. For this reason, we have taken to the streets as much as we can. I hope that soon these bad and hard times will end. We demand the freedom of our leader. Because we will be success in struggle for freedom if our leader becomes free.”
