EDİRNE - The boat of refugees attempting to go to Greece from Meriç River in Edirne province has been overturned. At least 10 people, including women and children, are missing.

 

The boat carrying refugees attempting to go to Greece from Meriç River in Edirne province was overturned today at 5:00 a.m. At least 10 people, including children and women, are missing. Search and rescue works have been started by Emergency Search and Rescue Directorate (AFAD) team in Edirne.

 

During the search, a boat and clothes of refugees have been found. The search is going on.
