HAKKARİ - Berat Oktay (10), who was seriously wounded in the explosion of unknown object found in Güngör Neighborhood of Hakkari’s Yüksekova district while playing on the street, has died.

 

Berat Oktay (10) was seriously wounded in the explosion of unknown object found in Güngör Neighborhood of Hakkari’s Yüksekova district while playing on the street. He was taken to Yüksekova State Hospital by the citizens. Berat has passed away in the hospital this morning.
