AFRÎN - “We don’t leave our lands or our children,” said the people of Afrin, who react to the attacks on the city center.

 

The attacks of Turkey and Turkey-backed groups on Afrin have entered the 51st day. The people of Afrin resisting the attacks reacted to the attacks on the city center. The people including Kongra Star Rojava Spokesperson Evîn Swêd underlined that they will resist the attacks. “We will not leave our homeland no matter what happens. We will eat soil if needed but we will not leave our lands. May our homes will be destroyed or we cannot find any place to live in, but we will not leave our homeland. These lands are ours,” said the people.

 

The people appealing to the world public opinion said, “All people living here are civilians but they say all of us are from military force. Besides, those who fighting in the military force are our children and they are defense units of here. The world should know that we don’t leave our lands or our children. But all world is responsible for our safety of life. They should perform their role while there is time.”
