DİYARBAKIR - Voting process in Diyarbakır province starts along with fraud. A man named Cengiz Keleş, alleged he came from the Supreme Electoral Council, was caught and turned over police by CHP and HDP members while he was walking in the Mesut Yılmaz Primary School of Diyarbakır’s Bağlar district.
